Settings.json configファイルは、正しいプロパティ "php.validate.executablePath"を必要としました。このプロパティに設定する値は、使用しているPHPバージョンによって異なります。
PHPの正しいパスをMacで実行するには、新しい端末ウィンドウ（CMD +スペースバーと書き込み端末）を開き、_which php_と入力します。戻り値はConfigプロパティ値と一致する必要があります。
