WP version _4.4_以上の場合。

WordPress 4.4以降、update_term_meta()およびget_term_meta()関数が追加されました。これは、データを_wp_options_テーブルではなく、_wp_termmeta_テーブルに格納されるようになりました。

Wordpress 4.4を開始する場合は、Woocommerceのアップグレードを待つか、手動で新しいwp_termmetaテーブルへのフィードを開始することを検討する必要があります。
