Srcディレクトリのleveldbではなく、システムにインストールされたleveldbに対してコンパイルしているようです。可能であれば、システムからleveldbをアンインストールしてみてください（もちろん他のアプリケーションで必要ない場合）。

Brew経由でleveldbをインストールすることをお勧めします
