Ubuntu 18.04にAnsible 2.9+をインストールする方法とPython3を利用しますか？

Ubuntu Bionic（18.04 LTS）で、最小Ansible 2.9.xをインストールしようとしています。

最後の目標は、すべてのコミットで新しいディスクイメージを構築し、プロセスをできるだけ速くすることをお勧めします。

デフォルトのUbuntu Ansibleを使用してください

デフォルトのAnsible In Bionicは2.5.x です。
