Numpyインストールが何らかの方法で破損しているようです。ログでAnacondaを使用していることがわかりますが、anacondaがインストールされている環境でpip installを使用すると、少し混乱することがあります。

これを試して：

pip uninstall numpy
conda install -c anaconda numpy
