boto3 python 2.7 ImportError：boto3 USER_BASE USER_SITEサイトパッケージという名前のモジュールは存在しません

pythonまたはpip3がインストールされていることを示すときに、pipがboto3を見つけられない理由。

私はMac machineです。 Sudoなし/なしでpip/pip3を試しました。少数のパスでPATH変数も変更しようとしましたが、運はありませんでした。

反対に、python3を実行すると、import boto3で機能しますが、import botoでは機能しません。

先日、この同じ問題に遭遇しました。私はpython 2.7をMacにインストールしていました（デフォルトでは想定しています）。それから homebrew をインストールし、それを使用してpythonセットアップ：
brew install python

それから、Pythonの2つのバージョンがありましたが、大丈夫です。 Brewはpip3をPython 3.6.5。

それで、これを実行してboto3を取得できました：pip3 install boto3確実にアクセスできるようにするには、古いpythonではなくpython3コマンドを使用します。だから私の場合、次のコードを実行しました：

ansible 2.4.0.0へのアップグレード後にこれが機能した場合に備えて：
