Pythonを別の方法でインストールしたようです。怖がらないでください。HomebrewはMac Portsなどのようにシステムを台無しにしないように設計されています。

いつでもできますbrew link --overwrite --dry-run python最初に、実際に何も上書きせずに上書きされる内容を確認します。

一度これを行うと、上書きまたは削除しているだけのように見えます*.pyスクリプトを使用すれば、さらに怖くないはずです。
