easy_install lxml on Python 2.7

Windowsでpython 2.7を使用しています。[setuptools] [2]のeasy_installを使用して[lxml] [1]をインストールしようとすると、次のエラーが発生します。

lxml 2.3.x

WindowsバイナリEgg for lxml 2.3.3はありません（2.3.0は2.x.xの最新バージョンです）。
