ManagementFormデータが見つからないか、改ざんされています

外出先でレコードを保存するためのフォームセットを作成しようとしています。しかし、フォームを送信するとエラーが発生し続けます。できれば、レコードのバッチをどのように保存すればよいか教えてください。
