MySQL-pythonをインストールすると、Mac OS 10.13.15で終了ステータス1でコマンド「clang」が失敗します

Ansibleの mysql_user モジュールを実行しているときに、まさにこの問題を解決しました。答え here は、解決策を見つけるのに役立ちました。 pipからのMySQL-pythonも必要でしたが、これもこのプロセスで壊れたため、追加の手順を追加しました。

解決手順：

  1. brew unlink mysql # only if installed, causes the next step to fail
  2. brew install mysql-connector-c
  3. which (mysql_config)でmysql_configファイルを見つけます

  4. mysql_configファイルを編集し、# Create optionsの下でこれを変更します。

    libs="$libs -l "

    これに：

    libs="$libs -lmysqlclient -lssl -lcrypto"

    vimを使用している場合、:wq!は読み取り専用ファイルを保存します

  5. これでインストールが正常に実行されるはずです

    pip install mysqlclient

  6. これは個別に追加します。類似しているが、最初の質問に直接関連していないため

    pip install MySQL-python

  7. 最初のステップでリンクが解除されていた場合、mysql brew式を修正します。

    brew unlink mysql-connector-c

    brew link mysql

この問題は、主にMySQLに関するpipパッケージのインストールに関連する多くの状況で発生すると思います。私の場合、Django用にmysqlclientをインストールしようとしたときにこの問題にぶつかりました。

このソリューションは、公式サイトからダウンロードしたdmgでMySQLをインストールしたときに機能するはずです。

その場合、mysql_configで/usr/local/mysql/binを見つけることができます

その場合、export PATH="/usr/local/mysql/bin:${PATH}"を~/.bash_profileに追加すると、mysqlのbinフォルダーがPATHに追加されます。または、環境変数と言うことができます。 mysqlは、お使いのmysqlバージョンで詳細になっている可能性があることに注意してください。私の場合、パスは/usr/local/mysql-8.0.12-macos10.13-x86_64/binです。

ファイルを保存して閉じ、source ~/.bash_profileで変更を有効にします。

MySQLに関するpipパッケージを再度インストールしてください。

それでも動作しない場合は、再起動することをお勧めします。
