PDF画像が表示されないWeasyprintを使用した出力（Django）

Weasyprintライブラリを使用してPDF on Djangoを出力しようとしていますが、生成されたPDFに画像が表示されません。相対と静的の両方を試しました。画像のURLですが、静的URLでも画像が表示されません。ChromeでHTML自体を開くと、画像が表示されます。

以下は、views.pyファイルのpdf生成ビューです。
