pypy importclrがWindowsで失敗する

Win10でpypyを使用してpythonnetを試しました。正常にビルドされますが、import clrに失敗します。スクリーンショットのこの呼び出しの後にクラッシュが発生します。

これは 既知の重大な問題pypyのようです。

問題が解決しない場合でも、2020年の初めからPython3が サポートされていない になったので、Python2.7に更新することをお勧めします。
