Pythonで曲線なしで個々の点をプロットする方法は？

プロット上にエラーバー付きの個々のデータポイントをプロットしたいのですが、曲線は必要ありません。これどうやってするの？ 「見えない」線のスタイルはありますか、それとも線のスタイルを無色に設定できますか（ただし、マーカーはまだ表示されている必要があります）？
