Python ftplibを使用してFTP経由でファイルをダウンロードする方法

FTPサーバーに簡単に接続してZipファイルを開く次のコードがあります。そのファイルをローカルシステムにダウンロードしたい。どうやってするか？

FTPからローカルにダウンロードする場合は、次を使用する必要があることに注意してください。

それ以外の場合、スクリプトはFTPではなくローカルファイルストレージにあります。
