WordPress/page/2が動いていない

Next_posts_linkをクリックすると、1ページ目と同じ投稿のみが表示されます。カテゴリページではうまく機能しているように見え、ホームページ（home.php）にのみ影響を及ぼしています。

決してquery_postsを使わないでください 。

最初の6つのクエリは単一のWP_Queryに要約できます。

    $featured->the_post();
    ?>
    your markup for the first post

    ?>

メインのクエリでは、テーマのpre_get_posts内の関数で functions.php アクションを使用します。これにより、テンプレートでクエリを上書きしたときにクエリを無駄にすることがなくなります。

    if ( $query->is_home() && $query->is_main_query() ) {
        $query->set( 'category__not_in', array( 683, 3598 ) );
    }

add_action( 'pre_get_posts', 'wpa_exclude_categories' );

これで、ページを読み込むたびに6つのクエリが切り取られました。ページネーションは魔法のように機能します。ちょっとしたダンスをしてください。
