RでのMXNetパッケージのインストール

RにMXNetパッケージをインストールしようとすると、多くの問題が発生します。Rの3.4.0バージョンを使用しており、Windows 10 CPU Intel i3、64ビットx64ベースのプロセッサを使用しています。
