Rmarkdownに目次を追加する方法は？

pdf_documentを使用している場合は、toc: trueでは許可されていない新しいページに目次を追加できます。これは、目次をドキュメントのタイトル、著者、日付の直後に置きます。これはyamlにあるためです。
