AWS EC2でのRuby 2.0およびRails 4.0.0betaのインストール

デフォルトのAmazon EC2 Linuxインストール（Amazon Linux AMI 2012.09.1）でのRuby 2.0.0およびRails 4.0.0beta1）のインストールはスムーズに進みますが、opensslは方法（例 http://railsapps.github.com/openssl-certificate-verify-failed.html ）および変な場合、opensslがインストールされないか、RubyGemパッケージマネージャーがRailsをインストールできなくなります。

これらの問題を回避するにはどうすればよいですか？

Installation of RVM in /usr/local/rvm/ is almost complete:

  * First you need to add all users that will be using rvm to 'rvm' group,
    and logout - login again, anyone using rvm will be operating with `umask u=rwx,g=rwx,o=rx`.

  * To start using RVM you need to run `source /etc/profile.d/rvm.sh`
    in all your open Shell windows, in rare cases you need to reopen all Shell windows.

Ruby2を取得しますが、「rubygemsのインストールは正常に完了しませんでした」-警告に注意してください：「Error running 'env GEM_PATH = ...」
