rake db：createがエラーを表示PG :: InvalidParameterValue：ERROR：パラメータの値が無効です "client_min_messages"： "panic"ヒント：使用可能な値：debug5、debug4、debug3、debug2、debug1、log、notice、warning、error。

バンドルのインストール後、rake db：create commondを実行しようとしました。 configフォルダー内に作成されたdatabase.ymlファイルを以下で見つけてください：
