rubyForgeからlinecache19とRuby-debug-base19をダウンロードします。

注：1.9.2用にRuby-dev1.9.3をインストールしたのでRuby-devというパッケージがあるかどうかは実際にはわかりません。これはRuby-dev1.9でした（私はそう思います。それは少し前のことです。誰かが彼らが何であるかを知っているなら、コメントしてください）。
