scalaリストをDataFrameまたはDataSetに変換

Scalaは初めてです。 scalaリスト（ソースDataFrameで計算されたデータの結果を保持している）リスト）をDataframeまたはDatasetに変換しようとしています。これを行う直接的な方法はありません。ただし、リストをDataSetに変換するために次のプロセスを試しましたが、機能していないようです。以下の3つの状況を提供しています。
