main.cfのフォーマットが間違っているようです。ログファイルは次を書き込みます：

論理行は非空白テキストで始まります。空白で始まる行は、論理行に続きます。

したがって、smtpd_bannerで始まる行の空白を削除し、Postfixを再起動すると機能します。
