netbeansはプロジェクトウィンドウを表示しません

clean インストールの前に表示されていたエラーです。

Netbeans 8.2はOracle JDK 8でのみ動作しますが、JDK 9では動作しません。まったく同じ問題がありました。 （Netbeans 9はJDK9で動作すると思いますが、まだリリースされていません。）
