一部のユーザーアカウントでは、音声は問題ありません。他の人では、それは無音であるか、ラップトップケースに耳を当てた場合にはほとんど聞こえません。

診断：

  1. 管理者アカウントでは、OK条件とOKでない条件の両方が発生します。また、「ゲスト」アカウントには実際に問題のない音声があります。
  2. PulseAudioまたはAlsaMixerの設定をいじっても問題は解決しません。
  3. lspciの出力はどちらの場合も同じです。以下に添付。
