Spring Batchを使用してデータウェアハウスの累積スナップショットを作成していますが、構成上の障害があり、理解できません。

このエラーは、spring-batch-core-2.1.7.RELEASE.jarのMETA-INF /spring.handlersファイルが表示されていないために発生します。このファイルには
