MSSQL Management Studioから実行すると、すべてが完璧になり、SQLは期待どおりの動作をしました。
ただし、移行プロジェクトから実行すると、2番目のSQLリクエストで例外が発生します
タイムアウトが切れました。操作が完了する前にタイムアウト期間が経過したか、サーバーが応答していません。

すべてのSQLをVerbose出力から「そのまま」正確にコピーしてManagementStudioで直接実行しようとしましたが、エラーなしで期待どおりに機能します。

奇妙なことに、ContentTypeの最大長を変更するコードを入力すると

shivakumar アドバイスの後、移行構成で接続タイムアウト(最大5分)を増やしようとしましたが、「タイムアウト例外」を受け取るまでの時間が長くなりましたが、まだ問題があります。
