ログファイルC：\ Windows \ system32 \ LogFiles \ Sum \ Api.logを開いているときにエラーが発生しました
Webクライアントサイトに接続できないため、MS SQLサーバーサービスを毎朝再起動する必要があります。
ただし、サービスを開始すると機能します。問題の原因がわかりません。これはエラーログで見つかりました。

サービスアカウントはフォルダへのアクセスが必要です：
C:\Windows\System32\LogFiles\Sum
フォルダに移動し、読み取り/書き込み権限を持つアカウントを追加します。
