SQL Serverでテキスト列をピボットする方法は？

データベースにこのようなテーブルがあります（SQL Server 2008）

ID      Type            Desc
--------------------------------
C-0 Assets          No damage
C-0 Environment     No impact
C-0 People          No injury or health effect
C-0 Reputation      No impact
C-1 Assets          Slight damage
C-1 Environment     Slight environmental damage
C-1 People          First Aid Case (FAC)

assets、People、Environment、Reputationを列として表示し、一致したDescを値として表示する必要があります。しかし、ピボットクエリを実行すると、すべての値がnullになります。

誰かが私のクエリを調べて、私がどこで間違っているのか教えてもらえますか？

TYPE列とDESCRIPTION列の内容がわからない場合は、これを変換して機能させようとしています。

これもガイドとして使っていました。 （ SQL Serverの「ピボット」を使用して行を列に変換 ）
