権限が拒否されました（公開鍵）Amazon Linux AWS

AWSで2つのインスタンスを実行しています。両方に同じキーペアがあります。両方のインスタンスを長い間使用していました。しかし、このコマンドを実行すると、ターミナルからログインしようとすると、1つのインスタンスでエラーが発生します。

ssh -i mypem.pem [email protected]
Permission denied (publickey).

しかし、同じpemファイルを使用して他のインスタンスにログインしようとすると、動作し、正常にログインできます。

chmod 400 mypem.pem
