サービスとして実行しているときにSTunnelに接続できません

非SSLPOP3リクエストをポート111でGMailにプロキシするようにSTunnelを構成しました。これはSTunnelがデスクトップアプリとして実行されている場合は正常に機能しますが、STunnelサービスを実行すると、マシンのポート111に接続できません。 （たとえば、Outlook Expressを使用）。

Service = stunnelをconfファイルに追加した後、それは機能しているように見えました。

その後、サーバーを再起動しましたが、再び機能しませんでした。ログインし、services.mscを介してサービスを再起動すると、再び機能しました。本当に奇妙なこと。
