投稿のサムネイルのサイズを設定する方法（特集画像）

自分のサイトのホームページ（ブログ）上の投稿サムネイル（おすすめ画像）のサイズを制御するにはどうすればよいですか。

投稿サムネイルの寸法は470ピクセルx 370ピクセルである必要があります。 Settings > Mediaで寸法を調整しようとしましたが、これではうまくいきません。
