削除する sources.listおよびindex.html in /etc/apt dir

cp /etc/apt/preferences.d/index.html /tmp
rm -rf /etc/apt/preferences.d/index.html
cp /etc/apt/sources.list  /tmp
rm -rf sources.list

その後、再起動します
