auth.logが空です（Ubuntu）

私のUbuntu9.04の/ var/log/auth.logファイルは空です。 syslogdが実行されており、/ etc/syslog.conf内容は次のとおりです。何か助けはありますか？ありがとう。

/var/log/auth.logで権限を確認してください

Debianで同じ問題が発生したとき、rsyslogdを再起動する必要があることがわかりました。

/etc/init.d/rsyslog restart

（syslogdプログラムは異なる場合があります。）

/var/log/auth.logへの書き込みを再開しました。

おそらく、ディスクがいっぱいになった後にログが停止したのか、よくわかりません。
