Libvpxをインストールした可能性がありますが、ffmpegビルドに--enable-libvpx（および--enable-libvorbisまたは--enable-libopus）がないため、それをサポートするように構成されていません。

コンパイルffmpeg ができますが、最も簡単な方法は単純に ffmpegの静的ビルドをダウンロード ：libvpxをサポートしています。
