Right click your project solution-> Add New Item-> select Web on the left-> select Bower Configuration File on the list-> Add

空から開始するbower.jsonファイルを手動で作成する提案の代替として：

  • Visual StudioでWebアプリケーションプロジェクトを右クリックし、_Open Command line_> Default (CMD)、_Developer Command Prompt_またはPowerShellを選択します。

  • Bowerがインストールされていない場合は、コマンドプロンプトでコマンド_npm install -g bower_を実行します（npmが必要です）。
