Vue：@ vue / cliのインストール後にコマンドが見つかりません
なぜ私のために働いていないのか分かりません。管理者としてPowerShellを開き、npm install -g @vue/cliを実行しました。 vue-cliのアンインストールを実行しましたが、再度ストールしても機能しません。これが私のエラーです
