Web API POSTメソッドはHTTP / 1.1500内部サーバーエラーを返します

タイトルにあるように、Web APIのpostメソッドを使用すると、500の内部サーバーエラーが発生します。 Getメソッドは正常に機能し、POSTでエラーが発生します。
