問題はアップデート1909が失敗することです。
この問題は、WinRE環境の問題が原因で発生するようです。 PCをリセットしようとすると、エラーも発生します。 winre.wimファイルをC：\ windows\system32\Recoveryに移動/復元して、reagentc/enabledを実行してみました。実行すると、操作は成功したと表示されますが、/ infoを再度実行すると、無効と表示され、winre.wimファイルがなくなっています。また、ReAgent.xmlをリセットしようとしましたが、それも失敗しました。
