hostapdはwifiネットワークを作成しません
Wi-Fi経由で有線インターネット接続を共有するようにワイヤレスAPをセットアップしようとしています。
これは新しく構築されたPCであり、最初はワイヤレスカードに欠陥があるかもしれないと思っていましたが、Windowsで接続しようとしてすべてが正しく動作します。
問題を起こさないことを期待して、このスコープのためだけにワイヤレスカードを選択しました（ath9kドライバー）が、何が間違っているのかわかりません。
このカードはTP-Link TL-WN781NDで、AR9285 Atherosチップセットを搭載しています。
この.confファイルを使用したhostapdの最も単純な構成でも

（country_codeがなくても同じ動作）およびSudo hostapd /location/to/hostapd.confで起動すると正常に実行されるようですが、ネットワークは生成されません。
3つの異なるデバイス（Androidタブレット、iOS携帯電話、Ubuntuラップトップ）でWi-Fiネットワークをスキャンしていますが、いずれにもネットワークが表示されません。
それが私に与える唯一の警告/エラーはこれです：

あきらめて別のカードを購入する直前に、別のPCIeスロットを試しました... 1xスロットから4xスロットに移動しました...今では完全に機能します！
まだFailed to update rate sets in kernel moduleを受信していますが、現在は期待どおりに動作しています。
