startx -- -config ./xorg.conf.new -logverbose 6

カスタムIntel構成を使用すると、目に見えるアーティファクトがいくつかあります

追加のIntel構成がなければ、Xorgは（ティアリングで）正常に動作します。おそらくXorgがintel_drv.soではなくmodesetting_drv.soをロードするためです。

私のプロセッサはIntel（R）Core（TM）i5-10210U CPUで、統合されたIntelビデオカードのみ（NVIDIAおよびAMDなし）

X11の設定をいじらないでください。 modesettingドライバーを使用している場合は、問題ありません。

XFCEのコンポジターがアクティブになっている場合は、無効にし、ターミナルを実行するだけです。

compton --backend=glx

これで問題が解決した場合は、XFCEセッションごとにcomptonを開始します。 このページ の指示に従いましたが、設定ファイルを使用せず、glxバックエンド設定のみを使用しました。
